We use authentic ingredients carefully hand-picked, selected and sourced to give you a lasting taste of Kandyan hospitality. When you trap the love oozing from Kithul palm trees and hand mix it with rice flour, infuse it with the milk of Coconut, put in a pinch of local spices and swirl in a dash of jaggery and a touch of tradition, you create these gourmet sweets.
